A comprehensive study of the structural and luminescent properties of the films was conducted. Were developed a method for obtaining dispersed scintillation films based on ZWO, CWO, LGSO (Ce) and GSO (Ce) crystals that have high quantum yield, high equability of luminescence and spatial resolution, which meet the requirements of digital radiography.
