It has been proved high inhibitory activity of intraorganic electrophoresis of antibiotics in combination with ozone therapy. A new method for the treatment of lobitis in children is proposed. It has been studied the negative impact of UHF-electromagnetic waves and "Gatimak" on the formation of biofilms. The correlation between teichoic acid content and ability of microflora to form biofilms has been studied. It is established that the course of the systemic inflammatory response in newborns with severe purulent-inflammatory processes depends on cytokine imbalance on the background of the progression of endogenous intoxication. Experimentally it has been designed an original way to protect intestinal anastomosis using stem cells. There has been developed and introduced into clinical practice a new method of restoring the continuity of the intestinal tract with severe bowel segments incongruency in children with congenital intestinal obstruction and artificial intestinal fistulas.
