By the application of inte-gral Laplace transform the problem has reduced to system of Volterra's integral equations of 1st kind which is solved numerically using regularizing algorithms. Investigation of deformations of the shell is executed within hypotheses Kirchhoff-Love, generalized on the case of electromechanics, which provide an opportunity to consider two-layered ("piezoceramics-piezoceramics" or "metal-piezoceramics") their constructional performance. Results of numerically-analytical investigations of influence on characteristics of deformations of composite cylindrical shells filled by the flowing ideal incompressible liquid, at transitive modes of their nonlinear vibrations in case of action external loads, look like package of rectangular impulses of pressure, are also stated. The technique of nu-merical determination of the maximal values of radial deflections of shells for all time of transient is developed and realized. Dependences of the maximal values of deflections on the speed of the stream and loads' parameters, such as speed of moving loads' domain, quantity of full passages by the do-main all the shell's length, duration of an impulse and its amplitude are investigated.
