Objective: To develop a set of practical recommendations to improve the state's economic policy to overcome existing socioinstitutional conflict in the Ukrainian system of social relations. Methods: analysis and synthesis, comparison , abstraction and generalization , induction and deduction , the unity of the historical and logical , statistical analysis. Results: We demonstrated economic functions of the state in accordance with the role of the state as an exponent of the common interests of members of society. Shows the basic contradiction of contemporary socio - economic system of Ukraine , which is defined as a state - oligarchic capitalism . Substantiated the main task of transformation of public space of Ukraine , is to replace the oligarchic state capitalism on sotsializirovannny state capitalism , that is , those in which a State expresses no particular corporate and common interests. Systematized the main manifestations of the phenomenon of the social state , aimed at harmonizing the interests of the state , society and individuals .
