It is set that activity of all investigational enzymes of plastic and power exchange for certain higher in embryonic muscular fabric, as compared to muscular fabric of adult animal. It is well-proven on the basis of statistical analysis, that over transplantation brings to the reliable increase of specific activity of cathepsine- D- lyke proteinase, trypsine-lyke proteinase , MMP- 2, alkaline phosphatase, both in fabrics of recipient and in the transplanted fabric on a 1-3 twenty-four hours after operative intervention. However, transplantation of embryonic fabric does not cause the change of activity of transaminases an adult animal. Activity of inhibitor of trypsine muscle of thigh of embryo for certain higher, than specific activity of inhibitor of trypsine of intact adult animal. The maximal increase of activity of trypsine and inhibitor of trypsine muscle of thigh of both transplant and recipient is set on a 3 twenty-four hours after transplantation.It is well-proven that activity of all enzymes of CTK in embryonic muscular fabric considerably exceeds corresponding indexes in the formed muscular fabric. Аllotrasplantion results in activation of oxidizing processes in muscular fabric of recipient. After allotrasplantion activity of dehydrogenases of CTK in embryonic fabric diminishes during a 1-3 twenty-four hours. It is found out that over transplantation of muscular fabrics of onemark rats as well as false operation brings to the increase of maintenance of albumen in the investigated fabrics.It is experimentally well-proven that transplantation of muscular fabrics of onemark rats, as well as a false operation results in the increase of maintenance of albumen in the investigated fabrics. Transplantation of embryonic muscular fabric leads to the increase of maintenance of albumen in the investigated fabrics on all terms of research. Transplantation of embryonic fabric does not cause the change of activity of transaminases an adult animal. The increase of maintenance of albumen is credible in fabrics after allopransplantion it contingently intensification of biosynthesis of albumen due to the increase of pool of free amino acids.
