The decision for service of system of the accounting of use of resources in the form of the administrative control panel with the protected interface is provided. Access to a portal it is realized on the basis of the user certificates which CA are accredited. Program ways of backup and collecting statistics, as a progressive control system of a portal are integrated. It is developed the simplified scheme of giving in a portal of information on use of resources of clusters of the Ukrainian national grid-infrastructure. It is presented a working prototype of the center of collecting additional useful information (hardware resources of clusters of a grid-network) on the basis of Zabbix software. It is provided further support of a control system by loadings (WMS) on the basis of EMI for simplification of interactions between the WLCG resources and Ukrainian National Grida (UNG) structures. It is continued to the robot in NSC KIPT of regional representation (RA) of the national center of grid-certificates (CA). The help in obtaining certificates is rendered to 20 users from the scientific and educational organizations of the northeast region of grid-infrastructure of Ukraine.
