New models of the non-Hubble flows of galaxies are built and their parameters are determined. Analytic relations for the second order corrections in the gravitational lens equations and amplification coefficients of an extended source are found in the vicinity of the symmetric cusp. New techniques is proposed and the relation between star formation rate and chemical composition and the redshift is established takinig into accounrt different kinds of observations. The relations are obtained that can be useful to distinquish different dark matter models. Aerosol characteristics in the atmosphere over Kiev and Eastern Europe are determined for 2003 - 2011 yrs.
