The influence of temperature, volume parts and time of sintering on the evolution of microstructure under LFS of 50%Cr-(Cu+2%Fe) composition and Cr-[Cu+Fe(Co, Ni)] systems were studied. The kinetics of particle size growth and the surface layer thickness were obtained/ The influence of metal-activators (Co) on kinetics of (Cu, Sn) - Mo interaction were investigated. First the molybdenum solubility in these fusions and the kinetics of Mo6Co7 layer growth were set. The formation conditions, composition and microstructure of intermetallic layers were studied. Increasing of mechanical properties of Cu-W pseudoalloys with simultaneously small decreasing of conductivity by introduction to the copper matrix of small part of disperse tungsten powder were studied. The principles of volume high-dense Cu-(2-10 %W) pseudoalloys obtaining were developed. Sintering of the reactionary systems of Cu-Ti and Ni-Sn with fluoride additions were investigated. It was determined that the volume growth of samples were if the liquid phase is disappeared. While if the liquid phase during sintering isstable the volumetric shrinkage was observed. The active shrinkage of nickel-tin-fluoride samples was observed. The principles of sintering of such composites were developed.
