The object of research is genetic adaptation for transformation genotype. The investigation purpose is studying the formation process of genetic co-adaptation of cereals during breeding and for speciation. The research methods are hybridological analysis, the zymohrame method, morpho-biological, physiological-genetic, cytoembryological and cytogenetic studies. The wheat varieties Selyanka odeskaya, Khersonskaya bezostaya, L-326 and Volzhskaya are tolerant to salt stress and wheat varieties Fantasiya odeskaya, Perlyna lesostepu and Zhatva Altaya are sensitive to salt stress. Incomplete amphiploids PA 1 and PA 2 heterogeneous for resistance to salt stress. We found a lot of families among hybrids (PA 1 x Zhatva Altaya, Zhatva Altaya x PA 2) consistently resistant to powdery mildew and leaf rust. The features of the spectrum of esterase and peroxidase for the actions of biotic and abiotic stress factors in resistant and sensitive forms are studied. The spectrum of cytogenetic abnormalities in somatic and generative cells by the use of herbicides to wheat and barley is observed, and features variety specific response of these crops to herbicides are identified. Differences between wheat varieties and between wheat and rye in size nucleoli and content of protein and RNA in the nucleolus and cytoplasm of male generative structures are established. We found three structural variants of the gene allele Ppd-D1b in the collection Ae. tauschii, which may be useful for the study of intraspecific evolution Ppd genes. Definitely allelic composition of set wheat varieties on Ppd and Rht genes.
