A research purpose is creation molecular biological test-system for the genetic study of genotypes of hybrids of section black and balsam poplars, aspen of different forms, Scots pine, by the different markers of DNA. Methods of researches are the generally accepted methods of molecular biology, analysis and synthesis of scientific material. In accordance with the program of scientific researches: standards are selected and the terms of selection of DNA are optimized from the plants of hybrids of sections of black and balsamic poplars, aspen of different forms, Scots pine-tree ordinary; certainly dependence of output of concentration of cleared DNA, using the different methods of selection with the selection of vegetable material in the different phases of ontogenesis and from different vegetative and genesis organs of probed species; it is developed and the conducted design of primers for the lead through of PСR of analysis, certainly most polymorphic markers of DNA for the genotypic selection of hybrids of section black and balsam poplars, aspen of different forms, Scots pine-tree; neat optimum terms and concentrations of reactionary mixtures and temperature condition, for the lead through of PСR of genome DNA with molecular markers; it is conducted PLR with the different types of molecular markers; the variant of computer base of these got results is developed for genotypic selection of Scots pine-tree, different forms of aspen, hybrids of poplar.
