Established, that the immune formation of stomach and intestine of ducks are represented by diffuse lymphoid tissue, isolated lymphoid nodules and their aggregates (Payers patches and ceacum tonsils). Lymphoid tissue located only in the mucosa in stomach, and also in the muscularis in Payers patches and ceacum diverticula. Area of lymphoid tissue in the investigated organs and their structure changes with increasing ducks age. The largest area is registered in Payers patches of duodenal and ileal intestines ducks aged 210 days, in jejunum Payers patch - to 150-day, in ceacum Payers patches - to 15-day, in Meckel diverticulum - to 20-day and ceacum diverticula - 180-day birds.
