Investigation methods - hydrochemical, toxicological and statistical. Goal of research is to give an estimation of hydrochemical and toxicological mode of water objects. The natural researches of hydrochemical and toxicological mode of water objects were carried out. The influence of antropogenic factors (pH, total hardness, permanganate index, nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, phosphate, copper, zinc, lead, cadmium contents) on water quality indicators of water objects of Snitynka village and Pshenychne village during all season was investigated. On the basis of the water investigation results of pH, total hardness, permanganate index, nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, phosphate, copper, zinc, lead, cadmium contents in water objects of Snitynka village and Pshenychne village the level changes of these indicators for all seasons during last three years were analysed and the hydrochemical and toxicological water quality estimation was given The evaluation guidelines for improving of hydrochemical and toxicological situation under the influence of different antropogenic factors were developed. The using of different water organisms depending on technogenic contamination, season and concentration of pollutants were offered. Scope of application - efficient nature management.
