Purpose of the study the actions of patrol in typical and extreme conditions of professional activity. The purpose of the study to examine the specifics of the units patrol the Interior Ministry, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and to develop an accurate and complete description of the sequence of actions of the police in typical and extreme conditions of professional activity. Research methods selected on the basis of the set in the goals and objectives , taking into account the object and the subject : the study of psychological and legal literature on the study of professional activities of law enforcement officers in typical and extreme conditions - to determine the status of the problem , definition of the conceptual apparatus , socio -psychological study using questionnaires (questionnaire ) - for information on the list of the most typical and extreme situations encountered in professional activity of patrol , mathematical statistics - to process the results of the survey, providing a qualitative analysis and verification of empirical data , theoretical modeling - for scientific and methodical development of structural and functional model of behavior of the algorithms patrol in typical and extreme conditions of professional activity , analysis , synthesis , synthesis - to formulate conceptual positions and conclusions of the study. Results obtained in the guidelines disclosed legal, moral, psychological and ethical principles of professional activity of a patrol , algorithms are typically action and extreme situations of their professional activities. Recommendations designed to be urgent needs units patrol in the accumulation and assimilation of personnel legal and psychological knowledge required by duty to protect public order and the fight against crime. The results of research are introduced into practice of the Department of Public Security Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
