Object is professionally important qualities of law enforcement. Purpose of the study consists paths professionally important qualities of future police officers during training in universities of Ukraine MIA . Research methods selected on the basis of the set in the goals and objectives , taking into account the object and the subject : the study and analysis of literature on the study , the dialectical method ( to analyze the concept of professionally important qualities , causes and conditions conducive to their development ), logical, statistical, comparative methods and the method of system analysis, methods of statistical analysis, and sociological methods . The main objectives of the research work by allowing for the object and purpose of the study : 1. review existing theoretical and methodological approaches to identify and develop professionally important qualities law enforcement 2. carry out an experimental study of vocational and practical qualities of the important departments of the Interior and 3 . summarize and organize current approaches and methods of vocational important qualities , suggest ways of professionally important qualities of future police officers during training in universities of Ukraine MIA . Results obtained in the guidelines covers vocational and psychological qualities are important in the structure of future law enforcement officers , and professional identity formation . Exposed paths professionally important qualities of future police officers at the stage of studying in universities of Ukraine MIA . The results of research are introduced into practice of the Department of Internal Affairs of Ukraine staffing .
