The technique of solving the plane axisymmetric problem of elasticity theory for multilayer inhomogeneous cylinder with clamped ends under uniformly distributed normal load on its lateral surface is developed. An analytical solution for the quasi-static problem of thermoelasticity for unequally heated infinite three-part solid is founded. A method for determining the thermoelastic state caused by flat one-dimensional temperature fields and power loads in layered isotropic cylinders taking into account the temperature and coordinate dependences of the elastic modules, the linear expansion coefficients and Poisson's ratio is proposed. The stress state of a three-layer solid cylinder, which the outer and inner layers are homogeneous, and the properties of the intermediate layer are variables through its thickness, is analyzed.
