For this case, based on our criterial analysis, the equations of electrodynamics and expressions for the effect factors of the field (ponderomotive forces, ponderomotive moments and heat generation) in the magnetostatic approximation are obtained. For solving nonlinear magnetostatic equations the method of expansion of the unknown quantities in the small parameter, which is chosen as the ratio of the amplitudes of these fields, is used. The statements of practical problems of the thermomechanical behavior of ferrite plate in ferromagnetic resonance and soft magnetic layer at induction heating and the presence of magnetic bias are carried out and their solutions are obtained. The problems of electrodynamics and electromagnetothermoelasticity of the propagation of volumetric magnetostatic waves in a normally magnetized metallized ferrite plate are formulated and solved, in particular the frequency range (passband), in which is possible their excitation, is defined.
