A mathematical model for nonlinear diffusion of charged impurities in semiconductor has been developed. The model takes into account the effect of diffusive intrinsic mechanical stresses and electric field on the diffusion flow. The theory of acoustoelasticity for the case of 3-D inhomogeneous stress-strained state of the elastic medium has been developed. On this base the integral acousticity relationships, connecting the distributions of stress components on the line of ultrasonic beam propagation with its phase parameters have been obtained. In the framework of the developed models direct and inverse problems for inhomogeneous stress-strained state of solids non-destructive determination and parameters of their structure and identification have been formulated. Analytical and numerical methods and algorithms for solving of these problems have been developed. With the use of the developed algorithms some particular problems of diffusive and heat flows interaction with strained solids have been numerically solved. The domain of application of the obtained results is the non-destructive methods for inhomogeneous stress-strained state of solids determination and parameters of their structure identification.
