Powered integral representation of solutions involving Green's functions and matrices and derived integral and moment equations in dependence on unknown component displacements and stresses on the surface inhomogeneities are constructed. The dynamic stress concentration in the vicinity of inclusions, scattering amplitudes in the far field in the incidence of waves with different directions, modes and temporal profiles based on their reflection and refraction at the surface of the composite material distinction era investigated. Homogeneous modeling and identified effective phase velocity and attenuation of waves of matrix composites with a stochastic and periodically distributed inclusions are realized.
