For the first time the nanostructured MIP membranes, synthesized using the method of in situ polymerization were used as a sensitive element of colorimetric biosensor systems for atrazine detection. The analytical systems for atrazine detection provide highly-selective revealing of this herbicide (detection limit - 10 ug/ml, linear dynamic range - 10-500 ug/ml). Stability of the developed sensor systems based on the nanostructured polymers significantly exceeds stability of similar biosensors based on natural receptors.
