A legislative project that would amend the Constitution of Ukraine with the aim of introducing an institute of constitutional complaint in Ukraine has been suggested. The necessity of introducing the psychological management of functioning of judicial authority to introduce psychological study of the candidates for the judicial offices and prevention of professional deformation of judges has been justified. Also, the proposals on increasing the role of the prosecutor when protecting personal rights of the participants of criminal proceedings have been offered; in particular, concerning detention of suspects and concluding agreements on finding guilty.
