It has been established that an application of trifluoperazine only is the most effective for genetic transformation. Thus, 10 and 25 µM trifluoperazine increased stable transformation frequency up to 25% as compared to control. The results of transient transformation shown, that 10 µM is the most effective trifluoperazine concentration leading to the highest intensity of reporter gus gene expression.
