The evaluation of the aquatic environment within saprobiotic characteristics of indicator species of the phytoplankton, microperifyton and zoobenthos is done. While researching 10 types of naked amoebas: Saccamoeba stagnicola Page, 1974, Rhizamoeba sp. (1), Vexillifera sp., Vannella (cf) lata Page, 1988, Cochliopodium sp. (1), Mayorella cantabrigiensis Page, 1983, Mayorella vespertilioides Page, 1983, Thecamoeba striata Penard, 1890, Vahlkampfia sp.(1), Vahlkampfia sp.(2), referring to 3 classes and 7 families are identified. It is ascertained that the vegetational fluctuations of algal groups is the basis of the natural renovation (recultivation) of the anthropogenic damaged environment in the Ukrainian Central Polissya. It is proved that the frequency drop of the occurrence and density of Mollusca: Bivalvia: Unionidae in the present basins of Central Polissya is caused by the decrease of the favourable areas of existence. In the present basins of Central Polissya Mollusca: Bivalvia: Unionidae is observed in 83 % in the rivers. In all types of basins adaptive and unfastidious U. pictorum, U. tumidus, A. anatinа are traced, while three other aboriginal types (U. crassus, P. complanata and A. cygnea) are stenobiotic, the definite factors, limiting their expansion and numeracy, exist. In the bivalved mollusks such as U. tumidus, U. pictorum, A. anatina, A. cygnea, P. complanata, S. woodiana six types of acarians of the genus Unionicola: U. intermedia, U. aculeata, U. ypsilophora , U. bonzi , U. crassipes , U. hankoi are exposed. The intensity of the infection of Mollusca: Bivalvia: Unionidae varies in the limits from 1 to 29 specimen / person. On the territory of Central Polissya 5 types of larvae of flukes are traced for the first time (A. trituri, H. asper, E. robustum, A. alata, C. bithyniae). The epizootological meaning have 12 types among traced flukes from 6 monogynopaediums: Fasciolidae (F. hepatica), Paramphistomidae (L. scotiae, P. ichikawai), Notocotylidae (N. attenuatus, N. seineti), Strigeidae (C. cornutus), Echinostomatidae (E. revolutum, E. recurvatum, E. aconiatum, E. miyagawai, H. conoideum), Alariidae (A. alata), which are agents of dangerous illnesses of home water birds, grazing animals and a human. Based on the materials of the research, 19 articles are published: 4 - scientific articles in the leading professional editions, listed in the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles of Ukraine, 1 - scientific article in the professional international edition, 12 - in the theses of reports on the scientific conferences, 1 manual and 1 thesis of dissertation.
