Objects of researches are the effects which determine productivity and quality of operation of mechanisms of a combine harvester. The purpose of researches is to develop highly effective scientific and experimental bases of an intensification of grain threshing process. Methods of researches are analytical with development and experimental check of working hypotheses. Results. The main technological processes inherent in work of a combine harvester are intensified: cutting of stalks by a harvester, normalization of a stream of food of a thresher, threshing of grain, separation of rough lots, separation of small lots, without loss grains behind cleaning, unloading of a technological material from elevators of grain and cones. Analytical dependences with determination of rational parameters of working bodies and modes of processing of technological materials are developed. Possibility of work of the combine clean system without loss grains which average 50% of the general losses of grain by a thresher is proved.
