The work purpose - an intensification of processes, a universalization and unification of basic systems of combine harvesters and robotization of the thresh of grain crops. Methods of researches - analytical with development and experimental check of working hypotheses. Results. The main processes inherent in work of a combine harvester (normalization of a stream of food of a thresher, the thresh of grain, separation, rough and small lots, unloading of a technological material from elevators of grain and cones are intensified. Analytical dependences are developed for determination of rational parameters of working bodies and modes of processing of technological materials. Possibility of work of a clean system of the combine without loss grains which average 50% of the general losses of grain behind a thresher is proved. The hypothesis of existence of dialectic communication of unification of components of a combine harvester, as well as any technical product, with its technological process and appointment indicators is confirmed. This circumstance can be used, as a highly effective method of improvement of any system, cars, process. Classification of the basic principles of unification is made. The basic principles of improvement of a combine harvester in the direction of creation of the grain-harvesting robot are developed.
