Formed base of these competitive completed scientific developments, innovative projects and package of tehnical economic projects, innovative business of suggestions on the approved developments. Recommendations are worked out: "The Scientifically organizational bases of marketing researches, transfer of innovations and technology of forming and realization of innovative projects of development agro formings and industries of agrarian market of the Сherkassy state". The study of demand is conducted on 6 scientific developments of Сherkassy SASRS NRC "IA NAAS", in on industries: agriculture - 1, plant-grower - 5. Marketing researches were conducted for determination of possible demand on the hybrids of corn of different groups of ripeness, sorts of red and orange of tomat selection of the Сherkassy scientific research station, on the elite seed of grain-crops in agricultural farm of state, different patterns of ownership. During 2011-2013 the questionnaire was conducted 110 agricultural farm in 16 regions of the Сherkassy state. Mastering of developments positively influenced on the production of goods of plant-grower, produse crop and provided food stability of population state.
