A purpose of researches is a scientific-theoretical ground of the ecologically oriented checking of the phytosanitary state of sowing of corn, grainbeans cultures systems in the conditions of changing of climate at the use of the different systems of treatment of soil, systems of fertilizers, modern immune sorts in the crop rotations of different type. A monitoring method is set the level of relative stability of collections new that the districted sorts to the harmful organisms: 51 sorts of winter wheat on stability to farinaceous rosse, brown blight, septoria; 6 new varieties of pea to the wreckers - pea plant louse, brukhusa, pea apple-grub and illnesses - root rots and ascochitosis; 5 new and districted hybrids of corn to the wreckers and illnesses. Influence of treatment of soil and doses of chemical fertilizers is studied on the phytosanitary state of winter wheat, pea and corn.
