At processing of seeds and vegetating rape plants by regulators Averkom and Averkom-nova 2 the quantity of nematodes in a ground considerably decreased on 17,6-67,9 % compared with control. On artificially created background regulators Averkom and Averkom-nova 2 promoted increase of productivity of rape grain on 12,8 and 9,78 centner/hа that is in 3 and 2,5 times accordingly. In laboratory molecular-biological researches the impact of regulators Averkom, Averkom-nova 1 and Averkom-nova 2 on increase of difference in degree of homology between populations of cytoplasmic mRNA and si/miRNA is set: up to 30-39 % at wild and up to 38-47 % at transgenic rape plants, and also increases of silencing activity si/miRNA from wild - up to 32-43 % and transgenic - up to 58-73 % rape plants.
