There was determined the percentage of blood lipid disorders, glucose metabolism disorders, presence of hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, heart failure, abdominal obesity and metabolic syndrome among various age groups of the adult urban population, character and frequency of chronic diseases and associated clinical conditions incidence among respondents of various ages was set. Expert analysis of the drug treatment and correction of modified factors effectiveness in groups at high risk of cardiovascular complications. A strategy of personalized primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases in the working age population considering gender and age features was developed.
