The "positive" familial anamnesis was confirmed in 61(33,5%) patients with colorectal cancer. Four main genetic forms of the multiply adenomatous polyposis and the genotype-phenotype relation of these diseases were studied. It was investigated the mechanisms of the genetic instability on the chromosomal level and was accesses the role of aneuploidy and polyploidy in the intestine cancerogenesis. The algorithm of the genetic diagnostics of the intestine diseases with high risk of colorectal cancer occurrence was proposed on the basis of the received analysis.
