The aim of the work - creation of a database of potentially dangerous objects (PDO) of NAS' institutions and ensuring its continued support using monitoring mode. Methods of research - systemic and structural method, statistical method and computer processing. The result of the work is software IAC-TES.01/09, developed on the scientific base of State Institution "Institute of Environmental Geochemistry"- information-analytical complex for technogenic and ecological safety in the system of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Ukraine allows to solve tasks on regulation of technogenic and ecological safety of the NAS institutions, to provide accurate, prompt, expert and analytical, forecasting, statistical, regulatory, control and reporting information to the relevant authorities of NAS of Ukraine . For them to prepare decisions on prevention, containment and mitigation to the responsible bodies in the NAS, as well as creating conditions for operational coordination between bodies of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in case of emergencies. Also the basic statements and tasks for managers' activities in the field of technogenic and ecological safety and civil protection were taken into account. The mentioned above activities are regulated by the Code of the civil protection of Ukraine, dated 02.10.2012 № 5403-VI, by laws of Ukraine 18.01.2001 № 2245-ІІІ "On objects of increased risks"; dated 25.06.1991 № 1264-ХІІ and "On Environment protection" and others. Були також вивчені особливості структури об'єкту управління, проаналізована первинна та вихідна документація, сформована процедура її відбору, встановлені вимоги до інформації, що підлягає обліку. Also was studied the structure of the object management features, analyzed the primary and output documents, was generated the procedure of their selection, were established requirements for information keeping. The work has scientific and practical meaning and it is focused on providing the technogenic and ecological safety in the NAS of Ukraine institutions.
