The conjugate on the basis of cardiotropic preparation "Simdax" and gold nanoparticles (GNP) 30 nm - "GNP-Simdax" has been created. The conjugate "GNP-Simdax" can accumulate in the cells of the myocardium. It is biosafe according to parameters of cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, mutagenicity and immunogenicity. The evident cardioprotected action of the gold nanoparticles as well as the conjugate "GNP-Simdax", in compare with the basic preparation, has been revealed in the experimental model of doxorubicin heart failure of rats.
