A new methodology of assessment oxidized ceramic layer's fragility has been developed too. It was revealed, that during synthesis of plasma electrolytic oxidized layers on the surface of the arc sprayed coatings from D16 wires occurs their alloying with nanosized Cu. Moreover the Cu concentration increases higher towards to the top of oxidized layer. Also it causes the increasing of oxidized layer's Young modulus for 50%.
