The dependence of the distribution of stresses in the rope on its design parameters and the parameters of the working body of the elevator machine are defined. The influence of rubber rope design on the stress distribution in its rubber shell at the site of interaction with the drum and the stress concentration factor in the rope when it interacts with the drum winder is determined. Establishing peculiarities of the stress-strain state of elevator rope samples when loading pressure forces and tangential forces are established and the parameters of the experimental samples are determined. The techniques of experimental tests of samples of rubber rope are processed.
