The research goal is to conduct systems studies on determination of lines of the space technology development, scientific and technical support for projects of the All-State Target-Oriented Scientific and Technical Space Program of Ukraine (ASTOSTSPU). The research methods are systems analysis, information and analytical method. The results obtained. An analysis and expertise of project materials for the Cyclon-4 RSC and its components, Microsat satellite, Sich-2-1 space system, technical documents of a ground-based segment of satellite communications. The structure and contents of request for proposals of the development of a branch standard of SSA named Method of Evaluation of Efficient Use of Budgetary Funds for ASTOSTSPU are developed; works on development, introduction and support for specifications of creation, manufacture and operation of rocket and space technology are conducted; materials for participation of SSAU in the IADC Session are prepared and the results of its work and the current development of facilities to leave defended regions of low near-earth orbits for space systems are analyzed; the world's trends and lines of development of space complexes of states involved in space activities are examined.
