The aims and objectives of the study were implemented using integrated application techniques such as dialectical materialist method of scientific knowledge of social and legal phenomena based on it and the general scientific and special techniques. With logical and semantic method in depth conceptual apparatus, the concepts and the nature of economic security in the legal sense, a legal mechanism to ensure the economic security of the legal status of ATM in the system entities to ensure economic security . Comparative legal method used to characterize the powers of the police in ensuring economic security. System- method is used for structural classification of threats to economic security , law enforcement, rights and obligations of ATS. Statistical and documentary analysis were used to identify the shortcomings of the legal and organizational support of the ATS in the area of ??economic security. Scientific novelty lies in the study of the legal regulation of issues to ensure the economic security of the state in which the author's vision is formulated to solve them . Results of the study implementation in the educational process and practice of MIA of Ukraine ( Acts 6 implementation) .
