The object of this study were social relations that occur during or in connection with the opposition of the Interior organized crime in today's environment. The main objective of the research - development and provide consultations to the operational units of the Interior in combating organized crime . The aims and objectives of the study were implemented using integrated application of such techniques as the dialectical materialist method of scientific knowledge of social and legal phenomena based on it and the general scientific and special techniques. This method was used to analyze the relationships in the mechanism of the ordinary activities of organized criminal groups. The study used the general scientific methods of formal logic - to determine the structural elements of the operational characteristics of the ordinary activities of organized criminal groups , statistical - to study the effectiveness of law enforcement in the fight against this activity. The analysis of regulations on combating organized crime used logical- legal and comparative legal methods. Scientific novelty of the algorithm is to solve fundamental problems without which it is impossible to provide countering organized crime operative units of the Interior. The results of the study ( guidelines) practical implementation of Internal Affairs of Ukraine . During the GDR reserved 4 doctoral, 47 master's thesis, published 14 monographs, 3 textbooks , 23 manuals .
