Purpose of the research is to study the regularities of aging of combined film dielectric systems depending on the electrical field intensity. The distribution of the electrical field intensity both in the components of the combined film dielectric systems and as a whole in the dielectric sections of high-voltage pulse capacitors is determined. The influence of the electrical field intensity in a dielectric on the following electrophysical parameters is established: electrical insulation resistance, dissipation factor, electrical strength altogether characterizing the aging of film dielectric systems of the sections of high-voltage pulse capacitors being one the main factors influencing the expected service life of the capacitor.
