Methods of the research is mathematical and physical modeling, X-ray diffraction method, X-ray spectral microanalysis, electronic microscopy, and the Raman spectroscopy. The complex of the studies of carbon nanomaterials obtained by a method of electrodischarge (ED) treatment spent at voltages from 3 to 50 kV (with pulse repetition frequency from 5 to 20 Hz) applied on organic fluids and newly originated gas mix (with pulse repetition frequency from 10 to 25 Hz and from 1 to 10 kHz), and also hydrocarbon gases (with pulse repetition frequency from 5 to 50 kHz) is carried out. It is shown that in the course of ED treatment of alkanes and cycloalkanes the onion-like carbon nanocomposites are synthesized. The high-frequency ED treatment of alkines leads to the synthesis of globular particles with a turbostratic structure. The ED treatment of gaseous alkenes allows obtaining the amorphous carbon and, depending on the catalyst, carbon nanotubes and nanofibers. The ED treatment of gaseous alkanes leads to formation of carbon films on the heated dielectric substrates. Chemical composition, structure, sizes, and density of the synthesised carbon nanoparticles, the electrical conductivity of the produced carbon nanomaterials depend on the type of an organic fluid or hydrocarbonic gases, material of electrodes and ED treatment modes. The analysis of the processes of electrofiltration of different impedence dusts and ecologically dangerous gas emissions is carried out. On purpose to increase the efficiency of the electrofiltration the complex systems of high-voltage power supply providing summation of a constant voltage of operating gas-cleaning systems with additional different step pulse voltage to 50 kV are proposed. The method of destruction of gas emissions of ecologically dangerous industrial objects by the streamer corona discharge is proposed with consideration of the composition of gas emissions.
