Analyzed hydrochemical and hydrobiological indicators. Under the program , the main attention is paid to the main hydrochemical parameters of seawater, pore water, indicators of phytoplankton, zooplankton, meiobenthos, macrozoobenthos, fish fauna standard scheme stations using standard methods. To determine trends in the ecosystem analyzed data from 2000 onwards In the sediment pore water in 2013 showed a tendency to decrease the concentrations of mineral and organic nitrogen compounds and silicon concentrations increase DOM and phosphorus compounds . The role of different departments in the formation of phytoplankton biomass in 2011 - 2013 years was not the same. If the 2011 in biomass was dominated by diatoms ( 43.1 %) and dinoflagellate (42.1% ), then in 2012 the contribution of diatoms (29.3%) and dinophyte (32.2%) decreased and increased in cyanobacteria ( 17.8 %). In 2013 there was a further increase in the role of cyanobacteria (42.1% ) , a slight - dinophyte ( 46.6 %) and a reduction - diatoms ( 10.4%). In all seasons in 2013 the dominant zooplankton groups were larvae of benthic invertebrates and Copepoda in the whole liman. Representatives of feed zooplankton for fish formed the basis of the total abundance and biomass. In abundance and biomass of macrozoobenthos in 2013 compared to 2013 there was a slight decline, which can be associated with a strong storm activity in winter. However, no significant changes in the distribution of benthic macrofauna is not installed. On the whole ecosystem Grigorievsky estuary in 2013 functioned stably .
