For alloy VT6 installed and grounded optimal degree of deformation, the excess of which causes cracks in such a structure that confines the dispersion limit of its structure. It is shown that point defects arising in the alloy VT6 resulting cryogenic rolling, do not give a significant contribution to the shear modulus. It was shown that QHE with backpressure at 77 and 300 K significantly increases the options micro yielding of titanium VT1-0. It was shown that for VT6 alloy samples strained by cryogenic rolling, annealing in vacuum at T>370°C leads to a dramatic decrease in electrical resistance, whereas samples strained by QHE, no appreciable change in electrical resistance is observed up to T=700°C.
