Purpose - to increase the efficiency of operation of the vacuum system dairy and milking equipment by improving forecasting methods and the development of universal diagnostic technical means. The basis of theoretical research is the method of mathematical modeling using the basic propositions of the theory of probability, reliability , elasticity , aging, and queueing theory. Experimental studies were carried out using the mathematical method of experiment planning , methods of field observations and expert assessments, and treatment and analysis of experimental results carried out using the theory of probability, correlation and regression analysis. Carried out analysis of the technical state of dairy-milking equipment which is operated in farms. Carried out analysis of the impact of a failure of the vacuum system of dairy-milking equipment on the technological process of machine milking. Proposed and substantiated strategy of technical maintenance of dairy- milking equipment. Developed the mathematical model of change technical and technological parameters of the vacuum system , depending on the duration of the operation and its impact on the efficiency of the technological process of machine milking. Developed and manufactured a preproduction model of set of instrument control equipment of technical and technological parameters of dairy-milking equipment. Based on the results of multifactorial experiment received adequate mathematical model of the second order , which confirms the theoretical dependence of the impact of technical and technological parameters of vacuum system of dairy- milking equipment on the rate of milk flow and air flow rate of milking machine. For the analysis of the work carried out by the vacuum system from the standpoint of reliability established the basic reliability indexes of its nodes. Created the scientific methodical recommendations on multicriterion production control of milking machine.The results of a feasibility calculation of using the method of prediction of vacuum system resource of dairy-milking equipment show that it has high operating costs, but provides increase in the cost of milk received by 25% due to preventing deterioration of its quality and prevents reduced productivity cows by 16 %, while it increases the service life of the milking installations from 5 to 7 years.
