Methods of studies - chemical, electron microscopic, petrographic and X-ray ones.An influence researches of relation between by a fused and natural baddeleyite in the grainy part of mass on basic properties of the pressed samples from fused monoclinic zirconia after firing are executed. It is set that complete replacement of fused monoclinic zirconia of faction a less than 0,5 mm on a natural baddeleyite in mass composition (30 %) provides the increasing of cold crushing strength value of fired samples from 43-45 MPa to 68-70 MPa as compared to samples without introduction of baddeleyite addition in grainy constituent of charge. Established an optimum moisture and pressing pressure, which provides the receiving of samples with high level of properties. As a result of the executed researches the making technology of pressed products from monoclinic zirconia is taken into account at development of project of change №3 to technology instruction TI 24-ИО- 24-170-2009 on the production of products from monoclinic zirconia.An influence of aging time on spreadability under vibration and also on plastic durability of mass with the use of Castament FS 10 and Castament FW 10 mixture addition and mass with the use of Castament FS 65 addition were researched. Established that in mass with the use of Castament FS 10 and Castament FW 10 mixture addition the structure of condensation type appears with the increase of durability of appearing structure at the increase of time of mass aging. With the use of method of electronic microscopy the process of structure creation depending on time of mass aging with introduction of Castament FS 65 addition were investigated. It is shown that structures appearing in researched mass behave to the coagulative type, because appearing after a more than 56 hours of mass aging structures are destroyed under attached vibration with the achievement of near to initial value of spreadability.On the results of carried out before researches ( work № 2.10-3-К-1.2-2012-ВН) and studies undertaken an in the present work the change №1 to technology instruction ТI 24-ИО- 189-2010 on making of the vibrocast crucibless from CaO-stabilized zirconia were developed and affirmed.Mastered at producing of trial lots of the vibrocast crucible, the improved in 2012 production technology of the vibrocast crucibles from fused CaO-stabilized zirconia that envisages using as diluting addition of Castament FS 65. Made by ТI 24-ИО- 189-2010 with change №1 during technology mastering vibrocast crucibles after firing at 1580 °C by the properties conform to the requirements TУ У 26.2-00190503-333: 2010 with change №1 for the vibrocast products of ЦК- 1 brand.On the test plant of the institute the trial lots of pressed products of brand ЦИС-1Т, ЦИС-2 and heat-insulation filing up from ZrО2, stabilized by Y2О3, vibrocast crucibless from CaO-stabilized ZrО2, heat-insulation filing up and products as a sector from CaO-stabilized ZrО2 were made.The work should be continued in the direction of further perfection of production technology of high-refractory products from zirconia and expansion of production and application of these products volumes.
