The objective of the work is - the development of a new type of product - corundumzirconiasilicate crucibles of new shape type form for heat-proof alloys melting. Research methods are - chemical, physical-mechanical, petrographic, Roentgen-structure.Researches оf the properties of corundumzirconiasilicate and corundumpericlase crucibles with capacity for 90 - 120 kg melt after service during induction vacuum melting corrosion resistant alloys on nickel- and cobalt-based are done. Research on structure and phase composition of crucibles after service found, that as a result of interaction refractory with melt on a nickel or cobalt-based structural-phase changes have occurred, expressed in the zone formation. In the working zone of the corundumzirconiasilicate crucible, as a result of the full dissociation of the mullite, SiO2 migrates in alloy, and Al2O3 (including corundum of the bond) forms with the components of the alloy spinelid complex of variable composition, represented by a solid solution of corundum with the alloy components. Because of this, on the crucible working surface a thin porous almost continuous layer, consisting of spinelid and splices of corundum with badeleit, formed. Corundumpericlase crucibles practically do not interact with the melt. Determined the interaction mechanism of crucibles with oxidized components of alloys on nickel- and cobalt-based. In the working zone of corundumzirconiasilicate crucibles is formed spinelid complex variable composition, which with splices of corundum with badeleit, forms a porous layer and promotes partially inhibiting infiltration alloy components in the crucible. In the working zone of corundumpericlase crucibles is formed spinelid complex variable composition, which forms with corundum and alumomagnesia spinel a tight buffer layer and promotes inhibiting infiltration alloy components in the crucible. For melting alloys above recommended use crucibles of corundumzirconiasilicate and corundumpericlase compositions, because they showed the same resistance-14 melts, which is ~ 2 times higher resistance crucibles imported.Pilot batches of mullitecorundum and corundumpericlase crucibles for heat-proof alloy induction melting, mullitecorundum products for glass-melting furnaces, mullitecorundum elements lining furnace are made.Work should continue in the direction of improving production technology of crucibles for heat-proof alloy induction melting, refractory products for glass-melting furnaces, elements lining furnace.
