BEREZHNOY" the production technologies of following refractories have been mastered, including:- silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing binder with fine dispersed silica addition. Produced refractories after firing at temperature 1350°C are characterized by following properties: content SiC - 82.30 %, Al2O3 - 1.50 %, open porosity - 17.5 %, apparent density - 2.53 g/cm3, compressing strength - 81 MPa, temperature of deformation under load 0.2 MPa - 1550°C (it is corresponded to technical requirement TU U 23.2-00190503-380:2013 for grade of "ККГ") and thermal shock (1300°C - water) - more than 25 thermal cycles. The pilot batch of silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing binder with fine dispersed silica addition (plates with sizes of 520x450x50 mm) has been produced in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" and intended for tests in the lining of thermal furnaces at one of machinebuilding plants of Ukraine;- corundum refractories on sialon containing binder with ferrosilicon addition. Produced refractories after firing at temperature 1560°C in the atmosphere of gaseous nitrogen are characterized by following properties: content Al2O3 - 79.3 %, N - 6.1 %, Si free - 0 %, open porosity - 15.0 %, apparent density - 3.00 g/cm3, compressing strength - 140 MPa, temperature of deformation under load 0.2 MPa - above 1750°C (it is corresponded to technical requirement TU U 26.2-00190503-336:2011 with change № 1 for grade of "КCC") and thermal shock (1300°C - water) - more than 25 thermal cycles. The pilot batch of corundum refractories on sialon containing binder with ferrosilicon addition (plates with sizes of 520x450x40 mm) has been produced in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" and intended for tests in the lining of thermal furnace at one of machinebuilding enterprises of Ukraine.The pilot batches of silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing binder brand of "ККГП" and vibrocasting silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride containing binder brand of "ККНКВ" and "ККНК" have been produced and intended to customers.The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing and silica nitride containing binders, as well as corundum refractories on sialon containing binder.
