The subject of research is changeability of the hydrological, hydrochemical regime of waters, chlorophyll of "а" and phytoplankton, which characterize the ecological state of waters and level them eutrophication. Research methods - analytical generalization of information and statistical analysis on the basis of complex ship and off-shore researches of UkrSCES in 2001-2012 years with bringing in of satellite information. The integral estimation of trophy level and qualities of waters was executed by means of E-TRIX. A level of the trophy state of waters is high in the district of Danube.
