The purpose of the research work was a quality of marine environment estimation by methods of bioassay and bioindication of the state of marine environment in 2013 on the basis of the using indexes of development of benthos organisms (algae microphytes and mussels of the Black Sea). The report shows data about bioindication and bioassay of marine environment quality of the Odessa coastal zone and of the Grigorievsky estuary obtained on the basis of physiological and morphological, systematic, quantitative and saprobiological indexes of development of mussels and microphytobenthos. The comparative estimation of changes of quality of the state of marine coastal water areas of region is presented throughout 2013 and in a long-term dynamics.
