Investigations were carried out in a comparable aspect in areas with different levels of anthropogenic stress on the ecosystem. The report presents the results of observations of hydrobiological component ecosystems of the marine environment of the Black Sea, as well as environmental criteria of the biota to assess the quality of the marine environment on the basis of indicators of aquatic organisms. Obtained to date information about the state of phytoplankton and photosynthetic pigments, zooplankton, meiobenthos and macrozoobenthos different areas of the sea. Annexes A, B is a list of recorded species of phytoplankton and macrozoobenthos, Appendix B provides a list of publications on the topic of research.
