The object of the research was the health of persons of school age; the subject of research were a model of dynamics of heart rate during exercise and the method of testing the functional state of the cardiovascular system at the distribution of pupils into groups of health. The methoology of the research were based on the methods of the theory and methods of physical education, heard rate measuring, theory of motor tests, mathematical modeling and mathematical statistics, Internet search of information, computer office technologies (MS Excel), and a computer programme SPSS. The results of the research. A model of adjustment of Ruffier index magnitude taking into account the patient's age. A computer program for determining the corrected values of the Ruffier index, developed with the use of publicly available computer technologies of Excel. Method of adjusting the size of the Ruffier index for the appropriate test was made, taking into account the patient's age.
