Chronic diffuse myocarditis is characterized by the reduction of systemic inflammation intensity with activation of humoral immune response that was sequensed by the reduction of LV remodelling and recovery of LV systolic function. By the use of speckle-tracking echocardiography we detected the diagnostic parameters for diffuse myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy that are longitudinal global systolic deformation and its velocity and velocity of circumferential global systolic deformation. We studied the correlation between the immunologic markers and parameters of LV systolic function.
