Research aim is to determine the characteristics of financial capital transformation caused by modern globalization processes. Research methods included: the method of logical generalization, of abstraction, system structural analysis, a method of comparison. Research results: development of the existing theoretical and methodological basis of research on the impact of globalization processes on forms of financial capital and systematization of the characteristic features of the transformation of the latter in the context of globalization. Research novelty: based on the analysis of the impact of globalization on the structure and organizational forms of financial capital features of its transformation at the global level were defined; factors of the transformation of financial capital forms were defined. Relationship to other works: individual results were reported at scientific conferences, published in scientific journals. Recommendations for the use of work: on the basis of the study approaches to assessing the relationship of globalization processes and patterns of movement of financial capital may be proposed.
